Turning Centers

Ingenious Machinery’s Turning Center lineup covers the full spectrum of CNC lathe requirements — from compact, high-speed precision turning to heavy-duty shaft and flange machining. Our ML Series slant-bed lathes and BML Series box-way lathes are engineered for manufacturers who cannot compromise on dimensional accuracy, surface finish, or long-term repeatability.

The ML Series offers six models spanning swing diameters from Ø360 mm to Ø850 mm. Each model features a slant-bed design that enhances rigidity, improves chip evacuation, and provides the operator with excellent ergonomic access. Optional configurations include C-axis spindle control, live tooling turrets, Y-axis cross-travel, and sub-spindle, enabling complete part machining in a single setup — reducing handling errors and cycle time. The BML-600L box-way turning center complements the ML Series with its heavy-duty box guideway construction, delivering exceptional vibration damping and cutting force resistance for large-diameter, deep-cut operations.

Every turning center in our lineup is assembled and tested at our Taichung, Taiwan facility, where our quality assurance team performs full dimensional verification and cutting trials before shipment.
