Turnmill Centers

Ingenious Machinery’s Turn-Mill Center series represents the most advanced category of CNC machine tools in our lineup — machines that integrate the complete capability of a turning center and a machining center into a single, productive workpiece setup. Our MT Series is purpose-built for manufacturers producing complex parts that traditionally require multiple machines and multiple fixtures to complete.

The MT Series spans three models — MT-210 for compact, prototyping multi-tasking; MT-540 for mid-size precision complex components; and MT-900 for large-diameter, turn-mill operations. Each model combines C-axis spindle indexing, live tooling turrets, Y-axis cross-travel, and optional sub-spindle to enable turning, facing, boring, milling, drilling, threading, and contouring in a single chucking. By eliminating re-fixturing between operations, our turn-mill centers remove a primary source of cumulative dimensional error — delivering finished parts that are both more accurate and produced faster than multi-machine workflows allow.

Turn-mill centers are particularly valued in aerospace (engine and structural components), medical device (implants and surgical instruments), energy (valve bodies, pump components), and high-precision contract manufacturing. Our applications team at our Taichung, Taiwan facility works directly with each customer to configure the optimal MT model and tooling setup for their specific part families, ensuring production-ready performance from day one.
