The ML-560Y brings Y-axis machining to the compact end of the lineup: an 8-inch chuck, 280 mm of machining length, and ±50 mm of Y-axis travel within an enlarged Φ700 mm swing that gives the Y-axis work its clearance. C-axis and live tooling come standard, so flats, cross-holes, and eccentric features on small parts are machined in the same chucking as the turning, with no second setup and no re-clamping error on parts where every micron of the tolerance is spoken for.
Longer parts with the same capability? The ML-560MY extends machining length to 560 mm. Turning only? The ML-560S keeps the compact footprint without the Y-axis. Parts needing a 10-inch chuck, or a sub-spindle path? The ML-600 Y family is the step up (see: Y-Axis CNC Turning Centers).
