The MH-630 PLUS features an ISO No. 50 spindle with 10,000 rpm standard, scalable to 12,000 or 15,000 rpm via direct-drive options. Its patented Box-in-Box moving-column structure ensures exceptional rigidity under heavy cutting loads, while 48–50 m/min rapid traverse rates minimize non-cutting time. A servo-driven 180° APC provides fast, reliable pallet exchange, and the standard 60-tool ATC is expandable to 120 or 180 tools for extended unmanned production.
The maximum workpiece envelope of Ø1050mm diameter and 1,300mm height, within 1,050/900/1,050mm (X/Y/Z) travel, covers the vast majority of large industrial components. Standard B-axis indexing of 1° (optional 0.001°) provides reliable positioning for production-scale multi-face machining. Every MH-630 PLUS is manufactured and fully tested at Ingenious Machinery’s Taichung facility before shipment.
