Specifications

The MH-500 Horizontal Machining Center offers a 500×500mm working table with 500kg maximum load capacity (optional 400×400mm / 400kg configuration), delivering a well-balanced HMC platform for manufacturers producing medium-complexity components requiring multi-sided machining. The MH-500 serves the same application space as the MH-500 PLUS with a belt-driven spindle configuration optimized for cost-efficiency.

An ISO No. 40 belt-driven spindle at 10,000 rpm standard (optional 12,000 rpm) powers cutting across steel, cast iron, and aluminum alloys. The standard 40-tool ATC — expandable to 60 tools — combined with the dual automatic pallet changer ensures efficient high-mix production. Maximum workpiece dimensions of Ø570mm × 640mm height within a 610/510/680mm (X/Y/Z) travel envelope cover a broad range of parts.

The 0.001° standard B-axis minimum indexing ensures precision angular repeatability across multi-face operations. Spindle-nose to table-center distance of 140–820mm provides flexibility in workholding setups. Built and quality-verified in Taichung, Taiwan, the MH-500 is part of Ingenious Machinery’s proven MH HMC family.
