The MH-500 PLUS Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) is engineered for manufacturers who need high-precision, multi-sided machining with continuous production capability. Featuring a standard 500×500mm working table (optional 400×400mm) with 500kg load capacity, the MH-500 PLUS handles complex workpieces across aerospace, automotive, mold making, and precision engineering sectors.

Equipped with an ISO No. 40 spindle running at 10,000 rpm (standard) or 12,000 rpm (belt-driven option), and a 40-tool ATC expandable to 60 tools, the MH-500 PLUS delivers the speed and tooling capacity for high-mix production. Its dual automatic pallet changer (APC) enables seamless workpiece loading while machining continues — maximizing machine utilization and reducing operator intervention. Maximum workpiece dimensions of Ø570mm diameter and 640mm height are supported within the 610/510/680mm (X/Y/Z) travel envelope.

The standard 0.001° B-axis minimum indexing (optional 1°) ensures precise rotational positioning for multi-face operations.
